It's been raining pretty steadily the last three days. This morning I grabbed my sky blue light rainjacket and left to go to a few meetings in the city. Couldn't park close to the BART station, no big deal. That is, until I get out of the car, flip up my hood, only to find that there isn't one.

Who the fuck makes a rain jacket without a hood? I've had it for months and never noticed it, maybe because it's never rained long enough for me to need it.


P.S. I always pronounce 'genital' as 'genn - ital' instead of 'jenn - ital', in honour of Rowan Atkinson.

It's a weird role.  Sometimes I'm taking calls from the office (wouldn't say it's a call centre, you probably need more than ten or so people to class it as such), sometimes I'm hosting meetings, sometimes I'm stuck with a desk full of paperwork, sometimes I'm running between the offices of different IFAs around South Wales and sometimes I get to shout at people who earn three to twenty times what I do.  A surprising number of them are idiots though, I'd always assumed the relevant exams were pretty difficult.
