Oh, that old story again. He died a few years ago now - back then the BBC reported that he was into "unusual sexual practices", and suggested that these were BDSM/autoerotic asphyxiation in nature, and that his internet history contained lots of material in this manner, including material similar to the whole "locked in a bag" thing. Ex-sexual partners apparently testified to this end. Of course, how true this all is bearing in mind MI6 are all mixed up in this can be endlessly debated.
