Some dude was yelling and screaming about everything and nothing in front of my school today.

He cried, he sang poems, he cursed other schools, stole someone's lighter then threatened to cut off their hands. He accused girls standing nearby of being whores who are in love with him and nearby guys of attacking his blind-deaf son.

He also claimed to be the leader of the Hell's Angels and that he has killed over 9 "banditos" in California.

After he left, most people admitted that they were convinced that he was going to kill everyone. He kept reaching into his pockets and acting like he had a weapon.

I wonder if there are any cities in one country, named after another country, which also had a city, named after the first country?

Edit: Also, look up the French city of Y, and specifically it's twin cities, such as it's Welsh one.
