Warhammer $40k
Wow. The price for that last one is outrageous. I found someone selling it for a much more reasonable price.

Apparently it's a satire of the rich people lifestyle, Gangnam being a rich district in Seoul or something.

I dunno, let's ask somebody better informed.

* Darvi activates the Skyrunner-signal.
Yes.
I actually live there.

* Skyrunner flies off, only to crash into a nearby skyscraper due to the light

Nicolas Cage - Wrecking Ball

Oh my god I can't. The Cagening has gone too far.
That's impossible. There is no too far when it comes to Nicholas Cage. I can't wait to see him in Left Behind 2014. I am actually willing to deal with a Christian Apocalypse Seeker film, all because he is playing a big role in it.

They got Nicolas Cage in that movie (trivial, I admit), and then they didn't cast him as the Antichrist? How could they miss that opportunity.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

GW are also selling the 17k one, but to the Aussies.

My trusty headset broke.  My good old Steelseries 4H (its hardly advertising if they don't make them anymore)  Lasted 3 times as long as any other headset I owned.

A few weeks after I first got them the cups fell off of the crossbar, but they were still perfectly functional, and I fixed them by just duct taping them back onto the crossbar.  Win.

The WTF part is that I must have dropped them from the arm of my chair onto the wood floor a thousand times, once a day even before I decided to tape the cups back on, as they would occasionally fall off the crossbar after what apparently originally held them on broke.  But what finally gives up the ghost?  The wire.  The frikkin wire, the only part of it that did NOT take severe abuse over it's lifetime.

R.I.P. Wonderful reliable headset, but WTF at what killed you.  That's gotta be like a professional skydiver and stormchaser dying from swallowing a chicken bone while eating at home or something.

Audio cable's a bit tricky to work with sometimes, but it's still a fairly quick solder job once you locate the damaged area.

Hm, I do have the tools, and think I know whereabouts the break is. (It's one of those breaks where if the wire is flexed juuuust right it works.)  But the mic still works fine, and one of my other half broke headsets has the opposite problem, functional sound, dead mic.  And I don't actually own any PC speakers anymore.

I'll probably try to fix it after I buy a replacement.  Which I should be able to do soon, I found a similar set of another model from the same manufacturer for cheap.   Don't wanna foul up the fix with my sketchy soldering skills and then not have a mic.  I can do with wearing 2 headsets for a couple days.
