Ok here is a question that perplexes me from the TV Show... Liar Game.

Since there are some light spoilers (it gives away one of the later games) I put it in spoilers.

Alright there are 10 Angels and 2 Demons. Here are the rules

1) If a Angel touches a demon the angel becomes a demon and the demon stays a demon
2) If a Angel touches another Angel they get a cross, but they may only get one cross from one angel ONCE (they may however carry any amount of crosses)
3) If an Angel with a cross touches a demon, the demon becomes an angel and the angel becomes a demon and loses a cross.
-Or specifically the player who is an angel loses a cross. The Demon loses nothing from this exchange
4) A Demon with a cross can turn back into an angel at will at the cost of a cross. (An Angel can attempt to do this, but it does nothing and costs nothing)
5) Everyone must have at least 4 crosses at the end

I found a way to do this challenge without relying on people to reveal their starting form just by checking for crosses and it cuts it really close.

Yet is there a way to do this challenge completely blind? As in without knowing who is a demon and who is an angel and without ever knowing the number of crosses... And guarantee success.

I swear there must be a way.

I FOUND IT! A way to do the challenge completely blind!

Split everyone into four groups of three and have them mix. Keep mixing to ensure that 2-1 group ends up all demons.

Worst case scenario you have D0 D0 and A2 A2. Have those mix and you get two results.

A0, A0, D1, D1. Then cure and everyone is a A0 and then mix. Since you don't know how many crosses you have because this is blind... Mix again and cure again.

Or

D0, D0, A5, A5... Cure, mix and then cure.

Even if we assumed attempting to use a cross as an angel wastes it... It still leads a highest possible loss of 6 crosses (Three from worst case start, and two from wasted rounds, and 1 from demon conversion) Of which an all Angel group has 11 for everyone. Giving people 5 left-over crosses in the worst case scenario

Honestly try the puzzle out yourself it is pretty interesting.

Yes Skyrunner but this is a way that it doesn't matter if you trust the person or not. It is a fool proof way to not fail that doesn't rely on knowing the set up.

It doesn't work due to a rule I didn't know... but still.

At least I "Think" that is how it worked.

It is rather simple of course, the plan is solid and you cannot secretly deviate from it.

Nope it still works. I think hmmm... I might have to calculate it.

But that is only if my plan as I imagined it works that way. The one extra rule...

It just fell off. Clean break, the bottom didn't even break when it hit the ground and just rolled happily into a corner.
