So, for my online class in Government we had to do an introduction using some site.  It takes text input and turns it into a voie alongside a weird talking avatar that goes deep into the uncanny valley.  Somehow, even thou it got half of my words wrong, it got my last name correct.  I've long since given up on getting actual people to pronounce it correctly at time.  Yet it still has a problem saying basic four letter words.

Death Waltz is something you can't really listen to, since it was never meant to be played and was written entirely as a joke.

It includes a tempo marker that says "Rigatoni" and instructions to the player such as "remove cattle from stage".

The "Death Waltz" you probably listened to is probably... a piano arrangement of UN Owen Was Her?. That's usually what you find when you search that on youtube.
