Why would you advertise pornography with pictures of babies and puppies? The overall tone of this is just so... weirdly cheery and non-sexy. It looks like it could be the graphics for a TV channel's self-promo shots inbetween shows or something, but then there's shots of guys fucking and spatters of semen analogue flying everywhere. But even then it KEEPS UP THE SAME TONE.

It's not an advertisement. It's not made by the same crew which made the video either, it's a group of people banding up together and producing this from the source material using sheer willpower and awesome. The source scenes are barely "mild" on the "is it questionable" scale, considering it does depict men wrestling in and out of underwear (the babies are censorship used when the underwear goes off, for your knowledge)

It has your attention, doesn't it?  You realize that is the single goal of advertising, right?  Above all else, to make you aware of the existence of the product.  They want that piece of advertising to drill itself into your head, no matter what methods it has to use.  That way when you think of, for instance, what you want to drink, the Pepsi jingle will automatically pop into your head.  Whether Pepsi's advertising managed to actually endear itself to you or not doesn't matter.  The fact that they've made the association between their brand and their product so deeply embedded in your mind makes you many times more likely to buy their product before others.
