I found a really suspect looking process called ism.exe, which is good, right? Only problem is that all the sites that link to it either don't work or want me to DL malware "antivirus" programs, which I am so effing savvy to sniffing out it's not even funny anymore.

Post a screenshot of your processes list. I can usually identify these things easily, as my relatives think "safe browsing" means "close the blinds so nobody can see you type your password."

Punkbuster is a Steam anti-cheating program. Script-fu is part of Gimp.

I'd say it's something loaded in the top SVChost process. Use process explorer to find what service is calling it. no single scvhost should use that much ram under most conditions.
