Nope, although I've seen plenty of mentally ill people do that as I walk by uncomfortably.

Anyway, my most recent WTF moment was finding out that a 'freemium' game I've been playing has a promotional code for 10 days of free P2P-level advantages that I hadn't heard anything about until someone told me in-game. It's mostly WTF because I managed to miss it.

There are a lot of bad animations and weird things like that in the game.  My favorites are when people twist their midsections around or lie down floating the air and levitate into their beds.
