I know that's what it looks like, from our end, but... does it actually have an arse? Or, for that matter, one of the same sort and in the same area our kind would have it? I mean, that eye-looking thing. That could be its arse. Alien physiology, people! It could actually be hiding its excretionary areas out of decency.
