I want to live somewhere relaxing. Like an island. A tropical island.

Okay, what I -want- is to 'live' as a brain in the centre of a moon-bunker, flying through space at ten times the speed of light, eventually orbiting a planet where I control the evolution through radio-control of nanomachines.

And before then, radio-control of avatars while my brain is all protected.

... But skyscraper is a close second, surely!

Outside a college town would be ideal, really. Bit further out than suburbs, if possible. Somewhere woody, possibly on a mountain or something. Or in a bog. Not swamp, bog. Preferably one with public transport so I don't have to drive to get around.

Not really fond of the press of big cities, really not fond of the fucking bigots seeming to infest the small towns, but I do like being around (if not necessarily in, ha) wilderness regularly. Somewhere in between, where I can at least partially bury a house. Want somewhere with the possibilities and diversity of a city but like, a fiftieth of the population. Maybe less.

I'm re-topologizing a creature by individual placement of vertices.  The tool is kind of hyper-sensitive and when geometry gets really close together I have to be super accurate to prevent points from welding together that I don't want, so my arm gets all tense.  About 4,000 points in and about 2/3 done.

And I'm a person who can do 50 push-ups in a minute without any trouble.
