Something like an electrical surge, which caused my computer speakers to emit a spark and disrupted the power for less than a millisecond without causing noticeable damage.

I'm kinda jumpy these days.

What is up with the attacks on French infrastructure due to the Olympics?

Is this some kind of civil disobedience (e.g., against the lavishness of the games), or just the general degradation of social structures?
