So, I was just on steam, a friend of mine logged in, I tried to talk to him but he wouldn't respond. Then I suddenly lose connection to steam and get back on, and friend list shows he's not only offline, he has been offline for 6 hours. I tried checking his profile but steam just showed me a blank page as if he never had set a profile. After a while I could see his profile again, but he still shows up as offline for 6 hours.

I'm 99.99% sure steam notified me of him logging on that time though, and that he showed up as online on my friend's list. What the hell?
