Vitamin E acetate is actually "safe" when applied EXTERNALLY.  It's a common ingredient in lotions.

The issue is that the "supplement" market does not segregate between inhalants, and topicals.   Tocopheryl Acetate is perfectly safe and effective as a food additive and as a topical, but some dunce decided it would be safe to apply to one of the most sensitive organs in your body-- the lining of your lungs.

There's a lot of things that are perfectly safe, WHEN NOT APPLIED TO LUNG TISSUE.  You know, things like capsaicin.  People eat it in pretty alarming concentrations all the time; but I would definitely not suggest adding it to a vape blend.


Reelya is correct though, E Acetate can be toxic if ingested in large quantities. (Most vitamins are in fact.)

Know your meme is the go-to site for learning the factual history behind memes. When did it start, where/who started it, what variants there are, or breaking down any context that's not obvious.

That article is labeled "rejected" for a reason. Go to Encyclopeadia Dramatica for sarcastic bullshit articles. The article is rejected because it doesn't fit Know your meme's mission statement.

curating it to have actual factual information about memes is literally the only reason that site is so big vs all the wannabes. It would be like if TvTropes stopped listing actual tropes and started lying about all the shows. Sure, maybe it's not "important" in the global scheme of things that sites like Know Your Meme or TvTropes maintain some sort of factual basis for what's written there, but it is pretty central to why those sites are so successful in the first place.
