If I could reliably have salmon, mashed potato and raw spinach leaves every day (with guest appearances from other food groups), I probably would and I'd be a lot healthier for it.

I can't imagine having no meat (land or water) in my diet, and I balk at having a single meal without at least some on my plate.

How does one go about encrusting fish with tortilla?

Presumably roughly the same way you bread anything? Or just kinda' sticking it on/in there, etc. Sticking foodstuff to other foodstuff can be fiddly but it's usually not that big of a deal.

Maybe it was from tortilla bread crumbles instead of... whatever goes in normal strawbread.

That begs the question though - is it really still tortilla when it is no longer shaped like a tortilla?

I didn't crust the fish myself but I think they bake the tortillas, season them, and then crush em up and egg-bind them to the fish. I could be wrong.

A page was parading around the cover art for the new Nutcracker movie,

and all I said was that it was nice to see Disney returning to their roots of phallic imagery.

The comment appears to have been suddenly misplaced somewhere, with no indication as to where it might have wandered off to. How strange.
