That reminds me, has anyone noticed that the left margin on the video & comments is gone in YouTube? It's annoying and looks weird as hell. In fact, is that what you're talking about, CABL?

Left margin? You mean that one with "News", "Sports", "Gaming", and other categories? Nah, I pretty much ignore the left margin. I meant that YouTube showed its old UI, circa 2013-2015, instead of the current, crappy one.

I personally configured one of my browser's adblockers to block most of youtube's interface, to the point where the main page is just a search bar. I don't use the site often, but when I do, I don't want to see endless lists of recommendations and reminders that google is mining my browsing habits.

And new Doom is 'Alien protag (who looks human despite belonging to a race of floating space elves) betrays race and makes a pact with a guy literally named 'the betrayer' and then goes berserk when said betrayer betrays him.  Oh, and his genetic son is the fucking icon of sin.

Besides, not everyone can make a mega demon pact with Jeff, Prince of Insufficient Light.

I find the idea that he doesn't care about humanity and that humanity accidentally released him cool, but the rest is silly for the sake of adding lore.


Demon armor that heals him?  This guy is actually Guts.

Either way the berzerk pack exists and still gibs demons with a single punch so in my mind newdoom is great.

Berzerk powerup was my favorite weapon in classic doom.
