Horse drawn buggies are clearly much safer.  In PA from a quick completely non comprehensive google search I see only 23 were killed in horse drawn buggy accidents.  While an equally non comprehensive search lists over 1 million in cars.  Both searches were equally quick and half assed, thus making it reliable science.

The answer is clear.  We need to switch to horse drawn automobiles.  The Amish population explosion will only assist us with training the horses to obey traffic lights and travel at highway speeds.  Google's self driving car is clearly a dead end, we need horse drawn cars.

Considering that horses are already capable of voluntary movement, have sensory organs, and what not--- self-driving buggies are already a thing. Often, the human driver has to over-ride the self-driving software to arrive at destinations that are uncommon, as the vehicle's drive-train will automatically attempt to drive to the most frequently visited locales.

not manga, light novel. suprisingly, most of the absolute worst comes from japanese light novels not the manga scene.

e.g. Sword Art Online and most of the SAO derivative genre are light novels. And the whole "my little sister is XYZ" craze is from light novels. e.g. you get more pap because writing a novel doesn't require years learning how to draw, and many of these "novel" writers literally start by writing "web novels" and fanfic.

isekai isn't actually relatively common as a plot in manga, and when it is, it's usually because the light novel was popular first, so they franchised it off to some manga artist to adapt. So, in other words young Japanese are in fact too lazy to learn how to draw manga, so they write shitty novels.

The vending machine is a dude, which is obvious since isekai protagonists are almost always guys. These are novels written by male teen/young-adult authors, for primarily male teens.
