So this romanian man, Constantin Reliu, was declared dead while he was in turkey in 2016 b3cause he apparently lost contact with his family, and now that hes back he cant overturn the ruling because the appeal period has passed. Hurray for the power of bureaucracy, eh?

Under Romanian law, Reliu can still file for an annulment of the death certificate in the same court where the 2016 decision was issued, regardless of his rejected appeal.
