Toilet's broken again. Same problem as the old toilet - the fill valve doesn't stop filling filling the tank, which now requires us to flush by dumping a bucket of water down the bowl again. Perhaps my parents forgot that they have to lift the lever to make sure the flush valve is closed, which prevents water from constantly draining into the bowl(a problem from when we first got it). Or perhaps they like the idea wallowing in their own shit.

I'm leaning towards the latter.

Now, a replacement fill valve only seems to be around $8(about $20 to add a flapper and connector tube) according to the Home Depot's website and are piss-easy(heh) to install, so I have to wonder why it took so long for them to fix it by replacing the whole goddamn toilet last time.

Granted, this could be someone else running the page, but even then, there's shit you don't do. Like say, publicly bashing and shittalking people who your publisher hired and worked with to create the cover, because that's how you get blacklisted by every goddamn cover artist with a shred of self-worth and proffessionalism.

That's the thing tho, on a technical level it's fucking great, on a narrative level if it's shit, it's the fault of the publisher not communicating things properly, the dude painted what he was told and it was okayed by the folks who hired him.

The whole thing reeks of a publicity stunt or something done to attract views and shit, except it's the kind of publicity stunt where you shoot yourself in the foot in order to attract attention.
