Window replacement guys are doing more painting this morning, including being inside again for a few more hours. Has been literally a month and this is still happening, still with unreliable day-before or day-of warning. Still not mad just going crazy.

Is fine though, I'm moving anyway. Good time to drive to destination and look at places, while they paint and hammer and intrude.

Oops couldn't sleep. Still fine. Did pack well, left before dawn, stopped at rest area for nap.

Pipes being redone over the next three days, come home, noone is awake.

Was told that water would probably be out today tomarrow and next day.   Water from the tap appears fine, so I guess they didn't cut the water yet? I'm no plumber and can't tell.  But I just got home from work and noone is awake that knows what's happening and no notes were left.  If water is good I need to wash my uniform, but at the same time I don't want to fuck up the plumber's piping rework if it's not fine.

I mean comon, is it really that hard to leave a goddamn note about the water status?  Something like "Water has not been cut yet." Or "Do not open the water faucet or the house will explode and kill us all." would be nice.

I can't really tell from that video whether they fired at spectators, or if that thing on the right side that gets fired at is actually a valid test target, and the spectators were not properly instructed where to stand. The first would be criminally wrong, the second just criminally negligent.

It wasn't a valid target, it was a military vehicle. 2 people were injured.

First off, nobody died in there. The rocket hit the truck without any people in it.

Secondly, maybe people shouldn't hang around active military exercises looking for thrills, or accept the risks of exactly this. And the hell you mean with that emphasis on accidentally? That our regular forces would fire upon spectators for shits and giggles?

And it's actually on the news around here, so that's also a no on covering it up.

I think it looks like a target. Using old military vehicles as training targets is pretty much S.O.P for military training, and that one has netting over it, suggesting it wasn't actually mobile.
