Though managing to launch a diseased fridge over a prison wall and get away with it does strike me as an interesting logistical challenge. Have to source and construct whatever sort of siege engine you're intending to use without being noticed or using materials and/or transport that can be tracked. Probably wouldn't be an easy thing to manage, though part of me is now imagining a hillbilly trebuchet technical.

Like 51% sure those wouldn't actually apply to a civilian use without political or military intent. Some critter chucks a disease ridden rotbox over a prison wall on a lark and the geneva convention just kinda' looks at 'em and goes, "Not my problem."

... mind, if there's not some sort of state/federal level law it would violate it would only be because no one's been drunk enough to try it, yet, but it'd probably pass GCon muster. Might even manage to not even register as worse than relatively minor misdemeanor, so long as the fridge didn't land on someone or break anything besides itself.

Not sure if there are any yet, but they've been used to sneak stuff into prisons, so, they (the staff at the prison that is) certainly won't like it.

Hmm. It's also occurred to me that if you were to fling said disgusting fridge into a prison, someone would have to thoroughly search it's contents to make sure there's no drugs hidden in there. Biological warfare indeed.

Today, a good one, maybe two or more, hundred or so staples (and an indefinite but smaller number of nails, screws, and similar such objects) later, I now viscerally understand the (very literal) pain of the dorm managers that first decided to forbid college students from hanging anything on the walls that would leave a mark.

There was a point (yesterday) where my soul was naive enough to think no one could be so amazingly goddamn stupid as to consider a nail gun and construction staples to be appropriate choices for sticking any and every thing desired to the walls of a residence they didn't own.

I have been disabused of that notion, this day.
