Doesn't exactly seem like hate speech. I mean, after one gets to the point about internal banana farms we've crossed so many barriers of WTF that you can be reasonably certain that this is someone's sense of humor that has been influenced by one too many Shrek is Love memes in their childhood.

It's weird. It's WTF worthy. It's far from the worst I've seen, and not really worthy of the label 'Top Tier'.

I think that my account was hacked, yet my profile is completely okay, if I don't count sudden change of the language from Russian to English. I don't have any evidence of the hacking, anyway. Everything seems to be intact; no trading cards have been sold, no manipulation with the profile, literally no evidence!

Um, these DLC were bought back in 2014, when I decided to return to the game. I have 15 hours of gameplay in New Vegas only because it's located on my old account.

The changing from Russian to English could just be steam reset its language selection (might have become corrupted). If your steam install corrupted itself that may cause other weird things.

Never hurts to change your password if something unusual happens to a profile/install.

I believe it might be what Steam defaults to, when it cannot find an exact date. I agreed to submit a run-down of my hardware the other day, during a Steam survey. It claimed that my operative system was installed on the first of January in the yeare of ouer Lorde nineteen-seventy. The same day that Mr. C&BL supposedly installed his Fallout: New Vegas DLC.

I raised an eyebrow (for it was not nineteen-seventy, that I am quite sure of), but if it is a comforting little make-belief for Steam, I cannot argue.

Most modern systems will claim it to be 1/1/1970 if their timekeeping system fails. Its their default. For some reason.
