Comfortable, and designed such that they don't fall out. I've had the same pair since 2012 and they still are in perfect working order, no frayed or shorted wires--and I'm the sort of person who burned out a pair a month under normal use conditions. I had to gorilla-glue a crack on one where the earpiece connected to the main body back in 2015 after I stepped on it, but that's held fine for years as well.

Can confirm, Panasonic electronics are Nokia-levels of indestructible. I used a cheap Panasonic headset for like five years before it died on me, and I could never find a replacement so I had to subsist on shitty ones that lasted for maybe a year each.

Weird I knew Dr Pepper was a separate company entirely from Pepsi and Coke but I kinda expected them to be a member of some bigger brand.  I guess not, a quick wiki look tells me that they are indeed independent (though they do a few other drinks themselves).  Interesting.   

Also a bit surprised that wonka is part of nestle.  I figured they were also independent.  I guess they could not have afforded two 2 hour long commercials if they were.

Yesterday I worked from 4pm to 9pm, five hours minus a fifteen minute break.

Today, I work from 2:30pm to 9pm. With the additional breaks I get for having a superficially longer shift (two fifteen minute breaks, one one-hour meal period) that adds up to... five hours of actual work. What is even the point? I'm not complaining, but it just doesn't make sense to my brain that they'd have me take more time to do the same amount of work.

Is this a food service or entry level job? I apologize if you are a professional, but the way you described the shifts makes me think it's an entry level thing.

If it is, That's frackin amazing! My first job didn't give any breaks unless you worked over 6 hours. Even then, it was a 20min break, and they set a timer on you. They went hard after efficiency there. They would either let you off right at six hours so they didn't have to pay you for a break, or keep you for a 10+ hour shift since they already had to give you a break anyways.

They are screwing up in your favor here, so id say just roll with it.

It looks like either just the one hour, or the one hour and the 15 minutes. It's still incredibly generous compared to my last place.

Technically, the first movie was a commercial, as Quaker had funded the movie primarily to promote the candy bar they created for the movie. Ironically, manufacturing problems meant that the candy bars were never released to stores. A different Wonka bar, made by a different company that bought the name, hit shelves almost a decade later.
