So I watched Trolls and at one second a chef makes someone a Taco... That isn't the weird part... the weird part is she plates it with mustards, garnish, and a bunch of other stuff that obviously isn't meant to actually go on a Taco... The person is meant to eat the taco leaving the entire plate of food uneaten.

The thing is, while this might somewhat be a joke... it is a joke that is pretty accurate all things considered. (That and the joke is: Ha ha! it is a Taco but it is being plated like it is a 5 star dish!)

I actually find plating to be a poor practice most of the time... Sure, caramel with a cheesecake? Yeah you can rub the cheesecake in the caramel, the fact that it is swooshed about instead of in a pool is just aestetic...

I just don't like wasting food...

I found a 2 month old Tylenol mashup today with a friend. First WTF, tylenol's been dead as a meme for years, though it was good.
My friend asked 'Why does it say Tylenol in the title? Is that the name of a song or something?"
And the first thing out of my mouth, completely seriously, "Damn kids these days don't know what real memes sound like. In my day, this was the shit." And he just looked at me so confused and it took me a moment to realize

1. I had a 'kids these days' moment
2. My friend is the same age as me and I called him a kid
3. I turned into a cranky old man over a meme from 2010
