That's deeply misleading. The Articles of Confederation were based off the Union of Utrecht, but the US Constitution was mostly derived from previous Virginian legislation, the Magna Carta, and a variety of enlightenment principles.

Pigeons aren't really wild, pretty much all of them alive today are descendants of domesticated ancestors and so are only feral. That said, even by this standard that's unusual behavior.

This pigeon might be truly domesticated and belong to somebody, any idea if there's a pigeon owner nearby?

Why would you go to a foreign country if you didn't want to feel alienated, that's why we have them, so even if you're accepted at home you can always go somewhere to feel like an outsider
