For the benefit of bourgeois decadent Western capitalists, "sopromat" is mechanics of materials, the subject that is rumoured to be the №1 cause of death among physics students.
I have sort of given up on guessing what is it that Sergarr is studying. I thought it was CompSci, but I can't begin to guess where sopromat fits into that.
You're actually rather close! While I am indeed rather good at computer coding related stuff and would honestly probably prefer to study in that area more, the actual field of my specialization is material science. I don't blame you for not recognizing that though, because I don't actually do any
material science at all - my actual
actual field of specialization is misorientation texture of grains in polycrystal materials and their relationship with orientation texture, and, due to my university having an extremely limited supply of equipment necessary for experimentation, it's pretty much all computer modelling all the way down for me.
Of course, since we're all supposed to be material scientists (ha) and physicists-engineers (double ha), we had to study that arcane thing called "sopromat". I was rather good at it! Better than everyone else during that year, apparently - I won a local university olympic contest-sort-of-thing. Never used it afterwards, but them's the breaks~
for me at least, don't know about cinder
don't worry I checked both
because I apparently like sheepUnless I'm frequenting different threads than you, it's merely Calidovi being back
Which is a happy! They're nice (:
thanks bb im trying to be shitpost king after the ban of the previous lord
Out of curiosity, which one? I can remember at least two people who could be accurately described as "shitpost king".

Come to think of it, didn't they go by Lapistan or something like that before?
yeah thats me
O-oh! That's... that's actually a familiar name, huh! I usually have a
really bad memory on people's names (it took me 5 years just to remember all the names of my fellow students), so I guess I must have noticed all these
very pretty sheep before.
