Stopping playing being equivalent to hollowing out completely isn't a particularly obvious link, nor necessarily even an existent one.

But it's something an ameteur philosopher would've arrived at.

Myself not being one, 'cos I have not finished neither the first nor second game and never thought I was consigning my characters to hollowdom.

At least it's not Undertale or Spec ops: the Line levels of obvious.

At least half of that statement is wrong, and I don’t necessarily know where to go for/trust the remaining sources.  I mean, they did tell me, so it's not a massive panic situation, but if you're telling me you've told me, you should be sure you've told me how you're telling me you told me.

I don't know you all that well, to be fair, but you seem likeable from afar. No clue why people would hate you, especially for stuff you don't have control over.

Spoiler: Game AI Nonsense (click to show/hide)

I'm playing the first Master of Orion game. I got an good start, right next to a habitable rich world, which was right next to a habitable ultra rich world, and decided to save-scum a few times trying to figure out how to maximize production to build a second colony ship to take both. The AI (as the science race) kept beating me (the rock-folk expansion/production race) to it.

As it turns out, they were using some sort of uncertainty principle to turn a tiny scout ship into a colony ship when it was out of my sensor range.
After I used my own scout to carefully observe it long to colonize it, another race conscripted half the population of its homeworld and sent to it from well outside of their transports' fuel range. They hadn't even explored the system or met me yet.

Got myself a bad case of the Monday Blues :l

Just finished working on a very large project in Space Engineers for a contest. Something that I've had all month to do, but stuff got in the way. What I've done in the last week, yesterday and today especially, amounts to about 80% of the total project effort. Now I feel mentally spent, and it's not even fully done yet - functional, but not fully decorated. My largest chance for winning is pretty much the fact that I'm not only person to lollygagged on this.


Unrelated, but one of the little pads on the underside of my mouse keeps falling off. I'm considering just gluing it on, but in any case I may need a new mouse soon as the buttons are starting to register more than one click per click.
