Woulda thought lifestyle in general would be better. You could be irresistible (u wot, phone?) overweight but otherwise healthy (regular exercise, reasonable diet, non-smoker/drinker etc) though I do appreciate that if you do the first two, you're unlikely to be overweight...

Phone autocorrect, ain't it crazy?  It's almost worth it for the humor factor, but so unreliable you really have to check every word.  Fortunately it's probably improving week by week.

... My only real lover was overweight.  And he was hot enough to break through years of social conditioning and show me the truth about myself.

But personally, I want to be just a little tighter, lither.  Maybe it's nostalgia for my high school days.  Maybe it's mental disease.  I'll go about it very carefully with that in mind.

Edit:  I was going to post about the first 20 minutes of Pulp Fiction (Honey Bunny and Kahuna Burger scenes) but eh.  You all probably know it.  Sometimes it's scary, sometimes it's funny.  It's a great movie.

Yeah, that's the thing. In a case by case basis you might find very healthy people that have a lot of muscle mass and BMI misrepresent them, but this will be rare enough. And you can be (somewhat) overweight and reasonably healthy, but odds are that you would likely benefit if you lost those extra kg.

Worth noting that if obesity/overweight is an epidemic it's precisely because it is not easy at all to lose those extra kg - lifestyle change is the ideal measure, but very hard to put off (not least because of the pressures of modern life). As for the rest, diets only work to a certain extent, the effect is diminished over time, (and you have to stick with them, of course). Bariatric surgery works to an extent... but people often relapse as well... sometimes with iron and nutrient deficiencies thrown it as a bonus problem. Being overweight is bad. Remaining overweight after surgery is worse. But remaining overweight after surgery, and on top of that being reliant on regular doses of IV iron (which until a few years ago was prone to causing nasty reactions)? Whoah.

I finally realized my 3DS had an SD card in it, and I put it in my computer to see what was on it (like an idiot, there could have been malware, seriously don't put a stranger's device in an unprotected computer).

Turns out, the previous owner was really into Princess Zelda, Pikachu, Sailor Moon, and transgender porn. He also owns an adorable orange cat.
