Every time I hear "The lack of evidence isn't evidence" I just sort of have to cradle myself.

I know what they mean and I am just being pedantic... but...

A Lack of Evidence CAN in it of itself be evidence so long as the absence of evidence occurs in a situation where there must be evidence.

Though yeah "There is no evidence to suggest I am wrong, thus I must be right even though I personally have no evidence" is wrong thinking.

An example might help here.  Are we talking legal evidence or scientific evidence or what?

You misspelled seance.  Are possessing Draignean?  Are you actually a ghost in the shell? You have to tell us if you are, that's the rule

Scientific. Absence of evidence is weak evidence of absence.

Sudden disturbingly strong urge for a cinnamon glazed donut. Like, a cinnamon roll? But a donut. It started as an idle urge for one or the other, either a cinnamon roll or a donut, but roughly two seconds from the thought it morphed into a spontaneous vaguely ravenous desire for a mixture of the two.

Probably won't be getting one (money, distance, effort, etc., etc.), but still. This is odd and oddly insistent.

... actually, in retrospect, it's a little worrying. Been getting odd urges like this occasionally for a bit now, now that I think of it, and the last time I had something similar happen it was after surgery (basically an incredibly strong desire for chocolate, which is apparently fairly normal when you've had chunks taken out of you). Starting to wonder if something new is a bit off in the ol'biochemistry, bleh.

That's not the first euphemism I'd think of for going to the bathroom, but I suppose it works.

Well I finally played Cities Skylines AND!!! (no need to necro a thread)

Surprisingly easy after I played the heck out of the SimCity games. As long as you don't do anything stupid, you should be ok... and I should state I am not good at SimCity and rarely have successful runs.

And I was playing really "No pollution!" for quite some time. So I essentially did it with my hands tied around my back for most of it... AND with a tourism based economy that I couldn't get tourists for (so I was wasting money at the same time).

Maybe there is a difficulty setting but, it was... too easy. I know that if this was SimCity I'd be suffering from just the collapse of my city centers with the way I was playing.

Though maybe it is like playing the good guy in Tropico 4. REALLY easy... but playing the bad guy is possible but actually a bit more of a challenge. And If I actually was a polluting villain I might have a bit more of a challenge.

There's a "hard mode" mod included with the game and, yeah, it's really easy.

I downloaded a mod called proper hardness the other day for exactly this reason.

It has a difficulty named "Dwarf fortress"

I'm pretty sure it's impossible to play.
