Even without the proper boiler bowl, I simply put a smaller pot inside a larger pot. Worked just fine, and now I have chocolate-coconut ice cream setting in the freezer.

Fun fact: Electric mixers don't like coconut flakes very much.

Youtube's at it again, I guess.

In all fairness Anti-cyberbullying laws are EXACTLY THIS!

Vague undefined laws created to punish people who aren't TECHNICALLY breaking the law.

Because Libel and harassment laws don't exist :P

And why Canada no longer has cyberbullying laws :P due to a supreme court ruling.

AND furthermore Donald Trump wants to change the libel laws to reflect this as well.

So the Youtube is only following America's example :P

He might be right that this will be "pretty much destined to be extremely abused".  Guess we'll see.
His video that was unmonitized for being "offensive" had video game footage as the subject and the thumbnail.  And he even points out that that was before these offensive/harassment rules were enacted.  Hmmmm.
Glad he doesn't defend doxxing.
"Disagreement" isn't disallowed...

I mean yeah, maybe Youtube will go on a crusade and stop hosting controversial videos for being "negative".  The most provocative, view-drawing videos on the site besides music.  I'll believe that when I see it.
He's right that it's vague, but he's assuming the worst as fact.  Fair enough, but I'm not too worried until something actually happens.

this guy's mannerisms triggered me

Hard science is like a sword, and soft science is like fear. You can use both to equally powerful results, but even if your opponent disbelieve your stabs, they will still die.

Youtube's policy is intentionally left vague SO that they can basically do whatever they want :P

Me too. It is odd given that the whole "event" that caused it would DEFINATELY not fall under this.

Yeah, I was giving an example of something that's not vague.

Just had to deal with a very bad fight between my dogs. Some retarded asshole came by looking for my stepdad and, after I already told him he wasn't around, he started knocking on the window by the door. This caused the dogs to start attacking each other - and for some reason, it's always the same two pairs. I was told that in case this exact thing happens, I was to spray them with the fire extinguisher. This did nothing, and I saturated the room enough that I had to run because I couldn't breathe. I can only guess that it eventually sapped their breath and limited their fight, but I don't know. All I could do then was call for help, then wait in my room until my stepdad got home. By then, they had mostly stopped.

I hear that grabbing a dog by the hind legs and raising in the air causes it to lose confidence it's mainly used when a dog has it's jaw locked on a victim.
Naturally i wouldn't do that with a big dog unless i'm desperate and have to save someone...
And i don't think it would help much if both dogs are fighting...

Why do you keep 2 dogs that detest one another anyway?

My weight continues to plummet. In and of itself this isn't a bad thing, as I was slightly overweight for my height up until a few months ago. The fact that I've been losing weight over the last year isn't exactly surprising, since with my job I literally never stop moving for more than a few minutes at a time (outside of breaks) but the rapidity is starting to concern me.  I don't know my starting weight, but it's at least thirty or forty pounds without changes in diet and my waistline is diminishing very fast despite a noticable gut that I don't care enough about to get rid of (which I could do easily just by cutting down on beer and sodas). In the last six months, I've gone from my pants straining slightly through needing a belt to assuming clownlike levels of excessive size. I'm starting to wonder if I should see a doctor.

Four dogs. They're all from the same litter, and my stepdad has a hard-on for dogs, so it's not really my call. Normally, while they all generally get along, the two pairs that fight are also the two pairs that get along better than the rest of their siblings.

And that method won't really work, they're too big and I can't stop both of them at the same time. We've tried very many things, from fire extinguishers to hoses, to (supposedly) tasering them, and they seem to adapt to them to the point it stops working. The best we can do is try to get physical barriers in between them and that's easier said than done.
