Typically, Hyperspace functions by being an alternative to realspace. Objects in hyperspace cannot directly interact with objects in realspace or they would be bound by the same limits. An object in realspace cannot travel over the speed of light. Travelling at a significant portion of the speed of light is likely to be difficult to achieve in a practical manner, even with missiles. Objects must transition into realspace before colliding with anything. Missiles hitting planets at FTL speeds is probably impossible, and hitting them and relativistic speeds is likely to be impractical, as in, takes too long to be weaponised, so you couldn't do it...
