I've always thought the nullification was to remove an ability and inhibiting was either related to alcohol, or it was something stopping something from happening normally.

Lilli: the explorers never had any information except target co-ords, they never landed anywhere. no point having those when you can just look at the map.

I had to have a shipyard in order to begin research, I would like to see the same hold true for all members of this RTD.

also, you might not want to send everyone. they'll have to use Macs, which means you'll need de-brainwashers later unless you're going to waste budget money on replacing all your computer hardware.

*shrug* we're allied, I figure I can afford to give my hackers and programmers Macs and he'll probably even give me a alliance discount.  The menace being the 5 planets that apparently destroy the universe if we fuck with them.

Would there be a way for me to extract the basic blueprints for them? They're worthless explorer drones, so I'm assuming Norrec doesn't see having the UPA obtain that data as a threat. Whether he's "benevolent" enough to actually let the UPA get those designs is another story.
Norrec's character wouldn't know I'd be stealing the worthless design, so I don't see why I actually care.

This isn't an RTD Norrec. It's a multiplayer slightly illustrated text adventure. I also didn't know that you needed the shipyard to research them because, as I said earlier, your plans and updates are too annoyingly long to keep reading. At least Spoon's updates are amusing to read. And the 5 planets only destroy the universe if you destroy them, or their network. Presumably on the network, definitely on the planet.

Norrec: Before you jump the gun and assume that by OMITTED I mean take over all 5 planets, that's wrong. I have other plans in OMITTED that I don't want publicly known. And no, they don't involve the 5 planets in any way, shape, or form.
