The techs said there was this ubervirus once, and that server is where it was finally contained to after people gave up fighting it. When I asked them Why it wasn't wiped as usual, they said that you can't alter the server without re-releasing the ubervirus. I told them to disconnect it from the Outernet, and replace it with whatever would work until we have the money to order a new server for Q'welchon II.
Continuing to have the rest of the spies steal research.

To Do: Make 10 planetary defense systems per planet once military research is completed next turn.
          Research improvement to our networks efficiency after all our planets again have decent Outernet servers.
          -Upgrade our servers.

Asked GLaDOS to please help with managing and organizing the UPA. She said maybe. Two more cakes got a yes. Note to self: never give an AI actual food again.

Also, where else would spies work at if they were going to stay for a while? You get to be undercover and you don't have to deal too much with people asking what you're doing because they already know what you're doing if they're high enough up.

no, i meant if a single person had whats left of your treasury, he'd be fine for pretty much ever.
You as Leader can't use the treasury for jetskiing unless you can hide the fact that you did so.

It was Dangerously Almost-Unstable when all the businesses were defecting, if you hadn't gotten your Legendary Plate Balancer of a Economy Advisor to fix it, it would have fallen completely.
