We've already started, though at an incredibly slow rate thanks to varying schedules, so I don't really want some guy to just randomly pop up out of nowhere. Unless I can use his stuff to escape from the AI lab.

You might be able to, if theres a reason to have a SCP in experimental facilities full of Artificial Intelligence.
