Dungeoneering Question
« on: October 18, 2010, 07:46:35 pm »

Since I figure this board has gone through their share of fort made dungeons, I figured I'd ask. >>;

When I first adventured into my first dungeon fort I realized I'd rendered it moot with the ability to break down all the doors blocking my progress. My question being is there a non-wall item that can block a path and not be broken down?

Agree, plus that's about the LAST thing *I* want to see from this kind of game - author spending valuable development time on useless graphics.

A floor hatch high above spikes

Or just a square on a different z-level with no water or ledge, at least until Toady implements climbing.

Dead elf.
Any dwarf worth his salt would be able to get through that in no time flat.

After pointing and laughing for about half an hour, of course.
