Unfortunately, it appears that having that many maps requires a supercomputer (my home PC fits the bill, incidentally, but I can't afford to run that 24/7, and my connection isn't good enough) to run at full-speed.  I've determined that I can fit the Hub world, the Nether, and one other map on the live server.
So, Jaycraft community, what other map shall we load up?
