I've gotten a little burned out on everything being down or changing maps or what have you, but I was never an especially frequent visitor in the first place.

I would play except constant new maps make building not fun for me. I will wait until Notch settles down some.

I like playing but I'm a bit put off by the extreme lag (even with 2 people online) and how this map will be erased anyway... so working on it makes no sense.

Maps will be fixed today. gdal2tiles is doing weird things and c10t crashes if it has to use the swap file. So I increased the amount of RAM c10t will use, and i'm switching to google api.

I'm sorry for my absence. I've been mighty depressed, banned myself from these fora, and am trying to start a business, on top of dealing with my gf who just got out of jail for the week. :/

And now we're running out of money for the VPS.

I hate to do this, but if you can make a donation, please do, as we're in a bit of a dire strait here.
We might have to revert to hosting on my own PC.  And I don't even know what I'll do about the site if we lose the VPS, now that we're so heavily in with PHP....

Xeon 2.13x8 (...what?  I don't even see why we'd need....  ???)
2 GB RAM  (??? That is terrible)
30 GB HDD (Enough)
7 mbps unmetered upwidth (Enough)

If you have a cheaper alternative (especially one that is more reliable @.@) we'd love to hear it.
