I can't speak for Jay, but if I remember right, I think he said it was pretty easy to reset. It's probably bad juju to dig out the whole guest zone, but I doubt it's a bannable offense.

It is somewhat easy to reset if I have a schematic copy of it before people built on it.  But I don't.

The main thing is, that is an incredibly rude action, and does not reflect well upon the community.
I eliminate threats to the community.  That's the simple way to explain it, really.
