We need to up our main magics, time and necro, a bit more before we work on other things, so that we don't end up with a normal dragon.

We can make other dragons necro-dragons. Why would we want to ride on rotting flesh/maggot-covered bones?

Let me get a word in, ninjas. Necro dragons can breed. Time with necromancy will actually allow some cool stuff later on, and once we get to the breeding aspect with the dragons (get your mind out of the gutter you filthy bastard) it allows some cool stuff, providided we can get back to the floating continent or a nice cave for another egg and hope it's the opposite gender. And our dragon will be able to fly on the current development path.

This game was started literally out of thin air. The TC can just modify things as he wants, so how is that a victory breadbocks?

There is nothing canon in this game. There's no victory to be had.

Think for a minute, what would he want to deal with more; dead things can't grow, so we shouldn't target newborn things, or dead things can grow because I say so, so shut up?

Anyway, you are thinking of things like zombies and skeletons, classically Necromancy has a whole list of horror things we can turn dragons into, some even grow.

For instance, if we make like a dragon of decay or even some types of ghost dragons they can certainly grow, you are thinking too narrow minded.

Construct a waterwheel and have undead badgers push it instead of water.
Buy grain and process it into 'Dead Badger Brand Flour'.

I still say we should make our first dragon an earth/wind/lightning dragon. Then we can make a necro/time dragon. Then make them breed.
