I don't think she would take the position. If she was president she would likely be trashed the entire time from the stress. She would also have a high chance of killing somebody.

Make Queen Elizabeth II president.
If you actually elect her then you get what you asked for in the first place.

Let us convene as a nation for the express purpose of reinstating Taft.

I'm going straight green... not that it matters who the president is. I'd say vote for Palin or Palin+ for the lolz. The office is a figurehead.

Congress would have power, but they sold it all to Argibusiness, Big Oil, the MIC, News Corp, and bankers.

You'll notice that the entire time Bush was president, he kept SAYING he was going to build a wall on every border and keep the guardhouses warm with burning gays, but it never happened. Except in Texas. And Obama SAID he was going to create the world's largest communist mosque directly on top of 9/11, but he hasn't and probably won't even be able to change the flag to a cresent-and-hammer-and-sickle-and-star.

I kid, of course; I wouldn't vote for Palin. I'm voting for Urist.

It's time we had a President who truly understood the experience and life of the American people.  The heaving, sweaty, obese experience and life.

So long as we are giving old presidents a second chance I'm going straight for getting Ulysses S. Grant out of his 120 year old coffin and ruling the nation in only the way a northern general can. Sure he can't make a cabinet worth crap, but that isn't terribly different from most candidates nowadays.

Wasn't Grant frequently drunk and really corruptible besides that, though?

I'm going with FDR.

 TOONY. YES.

But yeah, so long as we keep the coffins of his family and friends from ever being revealed to him we should get some good years out of the old general.

Who... is that?

The man who could and would replace the entire nation with robots.  And then have pretend sex with all of them.  He's a nice guy, really.

I don't see why we're even bothering with these presidential ideas. What we should be doing is working on bringing His Imperial Majesty Emperor Joshua Abraham Norton the First back to life so that he may justly rule over us again. Besides, Congress needs to pay for ignoring His Majesty's edict that they be dissolved, issued 151 years ago!

I'd vote for the Wizard of New Zealand. He'll counter Taft with his voodoo magic.
