A trader from Hazion came about a trade he agreed with kogan, but they couldnt deliver the 10 Ruff eggs for the 50 leathers as was agreed -and it seemed they realised how bad a trade it was for us, and didnt want to do us wrong-
I tried negotiating full health potions but he backed down when he realised how many meats he'd have to collect.
Anyway, we finally agreed to postpone this trade for later, as we don't really need much and also we actually could use leather for ourselves.
On a side note, it seems that our fort is attracting many migrants that are not from B12, I was told that the policy is "B12ers or vouched for by B12ers", but some of them are really persistent, asking time and again to be allowed inside the fort or masquerading (RPing) as Dwarves. While it could seem cool from us to allow some of these people, i fear that many of them lack maturity and will eventually be problematic.
Ramutashi, for example, was allowed inside the fort but originally i had to run after him all around the place, asking him to leave, and finally killing him after wasting a lot of time trying to talk some sense into him. He then rerolled and came back saying he was a dwarf, but he addmitted being 13 years old and googled the answers to the questions i was asking him to ascertain if he was a dwarf.
Anyway. I hate to be the one posting about such shitty drama, but i felt like i had to give my opinion on the matter.
On an unrealted subject, i've started farming Murshums outside of the north gate, in the natural cave by the water. I tried farming it outside as well but its only growing in caves apparently -which makes sense since they're only found in caves-. As dwarves, i think those should be our staple food, so i'll be farming them and i'll build a chest somewhere to store them, maybe in the east dinner hall. Only problem here is that it requires cooking, unlike vegetables.
