Drag the creature to the keep for examining and butchering, and then rest, tend to wounds and sharpen machete
Yeah, one of the few reality to RPG flaws... a blade somehow cannot cut hide, but a wooden stick can kill just about anything...

Maybe I tried to slap it with the side of the blade or something? Eh, no biggie.

I did, and always do, but for some reason, did not implement... mainly because, how much boost should it have? and where?

I was also thinking about a minimum damage, but just for if the damage done equals the armour value, like a spare half a Health or something...

also, incase you people couldn't tell, I'm still kindof fleshing out some things, so please help in anyway you think you can...

Edit: And I might as well throw this in now...

bloodsheder, AKA Tellemurius, you just HAD to do a name change didn't you? That screwed me over while doing turn...

Well, you should think about targets more than the weapons themselves. Armor types are vulnerable to specific weapons (Leather vs Falchion, or Plate vs Epee/Estoc, for instance.)

--------------------

Gunther [11] Using most of the pipes you have, you manage to assemble the frame of a small green-house, not experianced with anything, you assume you could fit about 20 medium plants in there.

[+.2 Assembly]

Alex [10] You cut up the meat fairly well, though the hide is unsalvage-able, you get some pretty decent meat off the thing. Your studies of it however are un-conclusive, other than it is a large rabbit, with the head of an elephant, it seems like a normal earthling creature...

[+.2 Butchery]

Maximum [7] You drag the corpse of the creature back to The Keep, rest up a bit, but you dont find the time to do either of the other two things. [+25 Health]

Steven [3] You failed to get anything done today, way to go, failure.

Alek [12] You managed to re-dig out the well, and water immediately fills back in. Luckily, no-one has moved the rope-ladder, so you can get back out.....

Sally [3] [11] You set down the box of fragile electrical things, and out of curiosity, open it. Inside is: a string of lights, a power converter, 3 large batteries, and a heater.

Nick [20] You needn't find one, because it is already imbeded into your arm! [-20 Health]

--------------------

Mostly Destroyed buildings litter your immediate surroundings. There is a foot deep layer of snow upon a foot deep layer of soot, everywhere. The sky is very dark, it is still snowing. The Keep is very visable as a landmark from a while around. There is a trail going from one direction to the other, across the front of The Keep. Once again, smoke can be seen in the distance, they are approxamately 5 days away, you cannot discern anything about them at this time.

Well, yes, but I'm not just gonna throw a roll away because it would cost you some health... besides, who would I then give it to?
