Attempting to dump powders causes loop.

If you designate powders ( Flour etc ) to be dumped from the stocks menu, dwarves will dump it and proceed to run down into the garbage pit and grab it, then dump it again. This will repeat infinitely.

I don't know if I've changed anything in the intervening two months, but I can't get this to repeat.  I started a wagon with a bag of flour and dumped the flour itself in a small pit indoors.  The flour became forbidden and it lost the dump designation.  The dwarves stopped caring about it.  I also tried it with a flour bag.  A save would be useful if somebody's got one.
