What is a roll during stress?

Also, I'm pretty sure that Jonathan's Slippery Tongue is supposed to be a boon, not a flaw(In case you didn't realize, you can mouse over acronymed text to reveal the hidden message. )

Oh, sorry I never heard the term and I didn't look it up.
Fix'd.

Also a roll during stress happens when you are outnumbered or outmatched in any way, basically when you get intimidated by the enemy.

 The copper I took isn't money,it's scrap or bars or spare material or whatever?You know,crafting.You can't have steampunk without crafting.

 Go to some kind of shady bar or whatnot and ask about rumors.

Edit:Also do we have electricity?At least more simple electricity like,for example,phones?
Edit 2:And you should probably put the character sheets on the first post,since we are going to look at those a lot.

Yes, phones are relatively simple devices compared to computers. They aren't pocket sized though.
