Well, I choose to use it of course! How much would one unit of those soldiers cost?

Trident Warriors:4 resources, 3 hp, 2 armor points, 2 attack points, bonus 1 damage to armor.   The first professional soldiers of the game, and a decent all-round improvement to militia.

We gee.

I will auto claim all the land my guys explore. I will also send two resources to the monsters with the twisted faces and ask if any wish to join me.

I will also resend my scouts over the mountain claiming lands as they go. I will claim all the lands that are closer to my city then any other city, IE: The lands my guys explored last turn.

Sorry, I thought it was auto claiming of lands, oops.

Slight change to my turn:

I send one of the previously sitting at home militia following the scout over the mountains to claim that forest land.

In Tortuga: I create one more units of Trident Warrior.
I send the scouts that met the Seapeople with two more ressources' worth of gifts, to ask them if they would contract an alliance with me. The scouts are to tell the Seapeople about the riches of the land and especially of the Nameless City ("Home") that could be ours if we allied.

At the same time, all my troops save those scouts and one unit of militia are to besiege the Nameless City, claiming the whole peninsula. (That would mean Armok doesn't get any more ressources, right?)

The last unit of militia will go and claim the land between Tortuga and Helmont City. (Toaster, this is only because it lays unclaimed. You can claim half of it whenever you like). Or, if my units can claim land for another player, claim half of the land between my city and Helmont City in the name of King Thrakor.

Build a settlement at the foot of the mountains.

Begin training the stone men as beasts-of-burden, transports and for use in war.

Both scouts attempt to figure out any potential weaknesses in the flying beasts defenses and study it's behaviour. Attempt to figure out if it's intelligent or just an animal.

One militia goes to defend the new village.

The rest of the militia claim all the desert/nearby area they can get their hands on.

Founding new cities can be done by selecting an area within your territory and useing resorces to make a city there, it costs around 6 for a basic villiage, and up to 30 for a big city.

Two scouts:  Track down the pointed-ear folk and attempt to open negotiations for possible alliance.

Third scout:  Explore beyond the forest to the north.  Attempt to claim that land and scout for a good spot for a settlement.

Three militia:  Travel East to support the Pirate siege on the Nameless City.

One militia: Claim unclaimed land up to the halfway mark to Tortuga.

Last militia:  Guard the homeland.

I assume you can start with a settlement and expand later?
