Only six people have posted. It would be immoral for me to allow the others to pass a turn without a chance to worsen their situation.

So my "no successful action, since the beginning of the game"-streak is going to continue?

Rule change: XP requirements are now a factor of 4: 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, etc. This takes place immediately.

HmH - Teleport behind glowing man
{5-1} - Nathan twists reality, somehow teleporting behind the glowing man.
+1 teleportation magic XP
Location: Side of street, by glowing man


Tarran - Walk to glowing man
{5} - Tarran decides to follow the glowing man. Despite having no idea where he is, and them being several blocks apart, he finds the glowing man within two minutes.
+2 Pursuit XP
Location: Side of street, by glowing man


EddyP - Convert people to Scientology, accept weapon bribes
{5} - Through sheer force of personality, Teddles convinces everybody in the room that he is a high-ranking Scientologist, and that Xenu is coming. After a moment of reverential silence, they bow down before him. The man he followed hands him an AK-47 and some magazines. Teddles joyously fires off a three-round burst through the door.
+2 Diplomacy
Gained: AK-47 [27/30] (Two fire mods: Single shot at +1 damage, +1 accuracy, or three round burst of -1 accuracy, +1 damage.)
Gained: Spare AK-47 magazine [30/30]

Ochita - Kick glowing man after acrobatic feats
{2} - Ochita attempts to run up a vertical wall, in order to grab onto a window ledge and get a better vantage point for finding the glowing man. One painful failure later, he decides that the protagonist of Prince of Persia is a bad role model.
-1 HP

Mindmaker - Rip out a part of the glowing man's aura
{2-1} - Vincent decides to mentally rip apart the man's aura, but is suddenly struck by lightning. He is shocked. Some lady on top of him screams, and dies. He considers this.
-1 HP

Dwarf Midget - Convince glowing man to stop running away
{4} - Dave chases the man, who looks around for any more tacklers, then hesitantly agrees to stop retreating for the moment, despite how busy he is.
+1 Talker XP
Location: Side of street, near glowing man


Flintus10 - Kick guard and enter building stealthily
{1} - Aaron prepares to kick the guard, but the guard is suddenly on the ground. After puzzling over this for a few minutes, he decides to enter, but is shot. {6,6,4} The door stops the bullets. He kicks the door open, and finds everybody inside worshiping Teddles, who has a gun pointed at him.
Location: Inside house at 123, Fake Street

Frelock - Intimidate glowing man into revealing his destination
{2} - "I have a gun! Tell me where you're going or I'll shoot!" People scream and run away from Bob, but the glowing man is nowhere in sight.

Cindy - Dead

Dragnar - Join
You have joined the party.
