How about I just create Really Big Particle Accelerator, aim it at another RBPA and then create a black hole... what, it's bound to destroy Italy forever.  What do you mean collateral damage.  There is no such thing!

The Railgun can shoot half across the world, wipe out half a nations military force, and still be loaded for more.
You ain't got it, so you shouldn't be threatening anyone with it. It also won't necessarily be what you want it to be if you do somehow manage to survive long enough to acquire it.

Also, the Poles don't seem to have a problem with me. And NOD has never said he would do anything bad to me.
Johnfalcon, the more you talk the better I feel about Operation Hunter. You seem to have managed to get all the other players off side, which, unfortunately, means you deserve to be destroyed. I hope you will learn from this.
I'll make this more explicit. I AM GOING TO WIPE YOU OFF THE FACE OF THE EARTH UNLESS SOMEONE BEATS ME TO IT YOU BLOODY MORON!

Also, try taking Italy when I get super advanced defencive techs, seeing as I will rush those. And by rushing, I mean pouring half my turns earnings on them.
If you get them before we attack. Which you won't.

Then the only way to keep me from dieing is making friends with the Poland. After that I have a hard time believing anyone will mess with me.

The Poles are the only people that seem to not be pissed at me, which is a good thing.

A Blackhole would not only kill me, but everyone else too.

You you even start that I swear I will attack you non stop in order to keep the world safe.

Not if I invest in millions of defencive techs!

Also, Sheb. You better not make italians sound sterio-typed (A.K.A. Sound like Mario.).

Ok. Assassin Creed voices are great. In fact, the voice actors are in fact Italians.

IF YOU GIVE ME MONEY I WILL FINISH FASTER. seriously, it takes 1500 just to send one part up there. I currently need to send 4. I am sending as many as I can as fast as I can.

Sheb: How large would the rounds fired from the BFLG be (Diameter and weight, please)? I would like to figure out approximately the amount of force one would have at terminal velocity. I'd figure out for getting shot at the rediculous speed that the round would obtain when shot out a railgun, but that would require variables that I am unaware of. If you can also give me the Muzzle Velocity of the BFLG, I can get the amount of force released on impact for a fired shot, thus helping determine damage.

Well it's not like you haven't already posted your actions this turn.

Also, I think Sheb just completely abstracted the BFLG's damage to 60% chance of One Hit Kill and 30% chance of Wounding (unable to fight) for any unit it was fired against - no save.  Presumably this includes a 10% chance of missing the target (and maybe just destroying a nearby orphanage or something equally unimportant).  See the Techs section of the OP for details.  I gather the point was that the damage is enough to OHK pretty much everything short of an underground research bunker (and that only because of the half mile of rock in the way) - the miss chance isn't due to insufficient damage as much as it is due to the difficulty of aiming the damned thing.

The number of shots is slightly confusing, though.  Sheb's put one shot from the cannon per day, but that was before he clarified how long turns were.  I don't know if this means you can do one shot from the cannon per turn, or up to 31 (month depending) depending on how many slugs you have.  Quite possibly the latter, since you'd need to ship or mine out slugs which would serve as a greater limitation.  Also it would let you just build up resources for a few turns and then obliterate a weak empire's defences in one turn.  (Unfortunately, probably mine.)

Also, to RAM:  Interested in renegotiating those borders we drew up?  I'd be inclined to renounce my claim on all those territories in Africa I'm not already occupying in exchange for High Tech Lab Equipment (that is to say, agreeing not to expand any further than I already have).  Research roll bonuses are always useful.

Well, Iituem summed it up. As for the rate of fire, it still needs fixing. I'm thinking about 5 rounds a turn. (You can still build more BFLG, especially once you have a working industry up there.

And yeah, it is fucking expensive, but once you get it, you'll be able to down expensive units almost for free. Actually, I'm starting to think that it is not expensive enough, given the sheer power of that stuff.
