Considering my technology and my location, I'd be about the second best bet to take over the 3 NPC Superpowers next to Poland.
What exactly do you mean by this?
((He means China, Russia, and USA)
Well then, I've at least as good a chance as him at two of them.

Sheb, I just realised that you failed to list the Regulars I recruited last turn. There should be an extra 1 each in Portugal and Morocco. I'll post my turn as if you had not made this mistake.

Money

Starting Money:  $0
Revenue:  $3023
Research: Multi-Missile: on hold
Research: Automated war factories: On hold
2 units of Commandos in Turkey: -$2080
Investments: -$143
Other items: -$700
Total:  $100

Operation Signal

1 Tick Tanks attack Algeria via Morocco.
2 Regulars, 1 Commandos and 1 Laser Tanks from Morocco, along with the N.S.S Halo, attack Algeria.

Operation Pallid

11 Militia from Turkey and 1 Rangers, 1 Militia, 1 Regulars and 1 Tick Tanks from Armenia attack Azerbaijan.

Other Armies

1 Regulars in Portugal entrench.
1 Regulars in Morocco entrench.

Investments

Using $143 and 1 unit of Regulars, stamp out corruption in Armenia.

Other

Give Iituem $500.
Invest $200 in one of RAM's countries. The specifics are to be decided by him.

Wow, I only forgot two regulars? Look like I'm improving. :)

Seriously tough, I'm sorry, I'll change that right now.

John, what did you mean? I forgot to add some techs in the tech list?

Edit: Look like I also forgot to remove the (resting) tag on your tanks and Commando. It it now done.

Demonic Spoon: Economic Education rise the cap on investment. It is also a prerequisite for most (if not all) the economic techs. Actually, you've been researching that for the last few turns.

...okay, I'm sorry but this is BULLSHIT. If I wanted economic educations I'd have researched that. Are you telling me I've been wasting my money on something I don't want? I want improved economies, not economic education, you could have mentioned I had to research this first before I wasted all my money.

You need economic educations for improved economies.

Also, Sheb, nevermind about that earlier stuff. The techs are there.

And how was I supposed to know that? Sheb suddenly decided it was so, even though I started researching improved economies before the economic education tech existed, and didn't mention it to me. I could have attempted to trade for that tech, but no, let's waste Demonic Spoons money and time, oh yes. I may be overreacting but this sort of contrived bullshit pisses me off.

Not to be antagonistic, but you started researching Improved Economies on turn 24, to my knowledge.  I had Economic Education from at least turn 22.  On the other hand, I have no idea what Improved Economies does.  I would imagine that you'll end up getting the equivalent of the hi-tech research facility when you do succeed, though, and getting EcEd and ImpEc at the same time (for a greater overall research cost).

You got economic education on the same turn I ordered improved economies to be researched for the first time, hence I ordered it researched before the economic education tech existed.

Edited my turn. The units in Germany aren't doing much, so they'll help defend Polish territories instead. Just so you know.

I hope four units with 2 entrenched in bunkers is enough to defend my self from getting crub-stomped.

Yep, sorry Demonic Spoon, I should have mentioned that. Now, the stuff is, you never told me what you expected this tech to be. Economies can be improved in a lots of way, from just being bigger, to growing faster, to being more resilient, or just plainly being able to absorb more cash (What "Economic Education" do). So yeah, when time came to decide what your tech would be, I became lazy and decided it'd do the same thing. Much like phantom's "Improved Production Lines" and Archangel "Automated Factories" are basically the same tech.

So let this be clear: if you want something, ask for it! If you just voice general ideas, you may not end up with what you want.

P.S. And seriously, you were just damned unlucky. You've rolled two critical failures in a row.

Edit: Well, that was a bit harsh, I'm sorry. But at least admit that you've got part of the blame. Now I'm split between giving you compensation or not. I mean, I should have told you, but you should suffer from those two critical failures...
