You can change it as many time as you want: I'm only taking in account what's written when I update the turn.

Quote from: A communique from CEO Morgan to President Norrington-Wellesley
Dear Mr Norrington-Wellesley,

Your back is up against the wall.  You have no allies and no recourse to survival, and the Polish war machine waits hungrily at your door.  I am surprised that you had not thought to contact me yet.

First, allow me to give you some advice.  This is free.  Your Scandinavian territories are all but lost.  If you wish to survive, draw back and dig in at your home country.  With regard to this endeavour, I have an offer for you.

I can provide you with blueprints for manual and automated turret technology.  They won't do you much good against the countries set for invasion shortly, but with the resources at your disposal you can easily set up a network of turrets throughout Britain aimed at repelling a land-based infantry invasion.  They are cheap and highly effective anti-infantry weapons.

In return, I will require unrestricted access to your intelligence training techniques and a $400 stipend per month for the next six months.  Aside from the given stipend, my recommendation to you is to spend every dollar you have on developing your defensive installations.  Do not concern yourself with research at this stage, as survival should be your first and foremost consideration.  I will, of course, be more than happy to provide further defensive technologies in the future under a mutually beneficial arrangement.  This is an entirely reasonable offer, given it will make the difference between your survival and extinction.

So Mr Nottington-Wellesley, what do you say?

Quote from: An Ultimatum and Request from Commander Phantom to CEO Morgan
Mr. Morgan,

I believe it would be in the best of your interests to pull back that proposition. If not, a preemptive strike would be in order from my Psy-Corps in your nations borders.

If you agree to this, you will receive your own little piece of the Carribbean, the Bahamas, and Honduras if you wish. In turn, all I want is my own little piece of Africa, perhaps a small poor country that would require the aid of GDI Humanitarian Corps. If you do not wish for more territories, you may ask for any technology, barring Jump Jet Troopers and Titans, and I will give it to you.

If you agree to this, and break it, the call for consequences will be dire, and your company will be "Dissolved." Should that be the case, I will allow you to come back as a head of my Financial Branch currently hidden in the USA as Trump Entertainment Resorts Incorporated.

Choose wisely, Mr. Morgan.

CEO Morgan opts to rescind his offer to Britain, after the bean-counters at HQ suggest war would be unprofitable at this venture.

GDI's request for a territorial exchange is politely declined.

Is it me, or is this always stopped by a single person not posting?
Edit: I also changed my turn. I will not activate the LCS, yet...

Quote from: Letter to JAROSŁAW, Sovereign of Poland from President Andrew Norrington-Wellesley, President of the FUBT
Sir,

It has come to my attention that our two nations, such as they are, due to the fact that they are situated in the same continent, shall soon become unable to co-exist unless our nations come to an agreement of preferable european territories to lay claim to. Therefore I humbly request that we meet to agree on desirable borders and nations, so that there be little blood spilled between us.

Respectfully,
Andrew Norrington-Wellesley, President, Faschist Union of British Territories
Quote from: A Letter To Norrington-Wellesley, President of the Fascist Union Of British Territories from the Commander of the Global Defense Initiative. This is also a message to the soon to be ruler of Kazhakstahn, Viktor Proskyy.
President,
It has come to my attention that you are attempting to follow in the footsteps of the other nations and factions such as the Brotherhood of Nod and the Sovereign Nation of Free Poland. To get rid of competition for territories in Europe and Asia, I hereby declare war against you.

Commander Phantom, GDI Supereme Commander.

Phantom, I cannot help but think that you are meta-gaming. how the fuck do you think that your character could possibly intercept private letters between factions that are totally unconnected with his? I should think that this would be completely impossible without sufficient espionage [that you don't have] AND a die-roll.

I shall now consider these communications (highlighted in bold) as non-existent and invalid, and encourage my fellow players to do the same.

Well, considering most of that is just banter, it really wouldn't matter. It's simply a front for the matter and I'd attempt to attack them anyways if they help.

Let me put it in different terms.

I don't bloody care, if everything was meant to be private, then this game would be in bloody PM's. Plus: Words against players mean NOTHING! Nothing!

well, i have declared that your war declaration invalid too, so i don't consider that it ever existed. therefore, said "front" has no "matter" to front. if you really want to declare war on me, please use reasons that make sense in character.

also, budget:

Money:

Revenue: 2176$
Money: 118$
Sweden and Norway: train Regulars: 2 each: $1600
Research: Genetically enhanced Super-soldiers: $600

Armies:

Units in Sweden and Norway Unentrench
Norway: Destroyer attacks finland

Sir, there is no invalid or valid in this game. RP is not law, and therefore it does not matter if it is invalid, the players acknowledged it and RP is mostly communication in this game. I do not care if it does not make sense in game, it would not have made sense for Japan to attempt to train Regulars despite no forewarning. It would not make sense in RP for a goddamn Psy-Ops team to make a rebellion despite being either far away or simply hard.

It is also of note that nitpicking the Phantom will not end well.

Also, ah hell no! Not Finland! Not fucking Finland! Goddamimt!

Well that at least gave me time to rethink what I should do for current military actions.
