First, allow me to give you some advice.  This is free.  Your Scandinavian territories are all but lost.  If you wish to survive, draw back and dig in at your home country.  With regard to this endeavour, I have an offer for you.

I can provide you with blueprints for manual and automated turret technology.  They won't do you much good against the countries set for invasion shortly, but with the resources at your disposal you can easily set up a network of turrets throughout Britain aimed at repelling a land-based infantry invasion.  They are cheap and highly effective anti-infantry weapons.

In return, I will require unrestricted access to your intelligence training techniques and a $400 stipend per month for the next six months.  Aside from the given stipend, my recommendation to you is to spend every dollar you have on developing your defensive installations.  Do not concern yourself with research at this stage, as survival should be your first and foremost consideration.  I will, of course, be more than happy to provide further defensive technologies in the future under a mutually beneficial arrangement.  This is an entirely reasonable offer, given it will make the difference between your survival and extinction.

Phantom, I cannot help but think that you are meta-gaming. how the fuck do you think that your character could possibly intercept private letters between factions that are totally unconnected with his? I should think that this would be completely impossible without sufficient espionage [that you don't have] AND a die-roll.

well, i have declared that your war declaration invalid too, so i don't consider that it ever existed. therefore, said "front" has no "matter" to front. if you really want to declare war on me, please use reasons that make sense in character.

Sir, there is no invalid or valid in this game. RP is not law, and therefore it does not matter if it is invalid, the players acknowledged it and RP is mostly communication in this game. I do not care if it does not make sense in game, it would not have made sense for Japan to attempt to train Regulars despite no forewarning. It would not make sense in RP for a goddamn Psy-Ops team to make a rebellion despite being either far away or simply hard.

It is also of note that nitpicking the Phantom will not end well.
