Sorry, I couldn't use the internet yesterday due to 50.000 drunks invading my university in what is one of the biggest festival around. (I mean,  I had to check they didn't do anything wrong until 3 am, didn't I?

I'll update tonight, or maybe in the afternoon, as soon as I get a shower and some sleep.

Nice bump by the way!

I have absolutely no idea what's going on in this fort any more. Migrants arrive, they die for some reason, the fort is flooded for another reason, then dwarves go mad, more dwarves die and I'm just laughing in my distress.

One question, is it possible to start a Proxy War, like convincing Ukraine to start a war against Germany, which is being controlled by America?

As of now, no. Discovering Avdanced Psy-Ops (The better version of the Technology Japan had) would allow something like that in a democracy (It may take several turns tough) but I have no ideas what kind of tech would allow you to do that in a dictatorship. Just bribing the officials maybe?

After funding a rebellion, approach them again and ask them to attack X for sum of Y over the course of Z.
